Our Discord server is the fastest way to share feedback, suggest features, report bugs, or just hang out with other people building a focus habit. You'll usually get a reply within a day, and you can see what we're working on next.

In-app messages - quick questions while you're logged in

Already in the app? Open Friends, then Messages, and send us a note directly - no need to switch to email or Discord. It's the quickest option for a short question while you're already focusing.

We reply right there in the thread, and you'll see an unread badge on Messages when we've written back.

Email - account, billing, privacy, and support

For anything that needs a private channel - account problems, billing and refunds, privacy and data requests, or general support - email us at [email protected].

When emailing about an account issue, please include the email address on the account so we can find you faster. We typically respond within two business days.
